The panel are definitly open for multiple possiblities, and while I think all of them are interesting on their own, I don't believe it suits the structure of the picture to toss them all in and call it a day, so I will have to make a compromise.
The tinies are still filler for now, but I will surely make them have more poses and activites ... probably one climbing her tail among others (feel free to give suggestion in that domain too if you want xD )
Anyways, that said, personally Im a bit more inclined between option 1 and 3, but I'm still not entirely sure.
Feel free to give me your feedback if you have any preference or potential addition to the picture ;P

I'd personally vote for the third option. The last panel here just looks better and less repetitive to the middle one in my opinion. Maybe just me, but I'd be more interested in how the outisde of the Succubutt looks like than the interior ^^
