I’m so glad I was finally able to get to this video, it’s been a long time coming! When I first heard about these videos I lowkey thought RM and Jimin had a podcast where they spoke about music but this was even better than I had imagined!
RPWP was such an open and honest album that Namjoon gifted to us so it feels super special that he not only gave us those incredible songs but also gave us his thoughts and feelings behind his creative process. I think Jimin was the perfect person to sit with down RM and have a conversation about how they were feeling during the time that rm was working on these songs because we know these two are always there for each other through thick and thin and feel comfortable enough with one another to share their true feelings, even if it may be hard sometimes. 💜

They were just seven boys from Korea who loved music and wanted to spread their messages of positivity to the world. Then, suddenly, they found themselves speaking at the UN, serving as presidential envoys with diplomatic passports, visiting the White House to representing all Asians to talk about hate crimes, and having to represent South Korea in such a way as to strengthen the world's view of all things "K-" (dramas, pop, beauty, etc). All the while, people in their own country were hating on them for not serving in the military quick enough. It was a very torn up road that they found themselves on all of the sudden. Namjoon would have felt this the most as the leader and a musician who felt that his voice was being used for things other than his own goals and dreams. 💜 I love them so much. 💜

When he said that, Jimin's face looked so sad--it hit me right in the feels! I started crying and my heart got so heavy, thinking about how Namjoon was feeling so down. 😢 I've never wanted to hug someone more in my life. 💜

I feel like this was one of the most sort of upfront/pulling back the curtain conversations I've heard from RM before and it's just SO interesting hearing it directly from him. RPWP is probably my favorite album from chapter 2. You should definitely check out the follow up Minimoni Music. It's about MUSE but they also touch on Jimin's reaction to having a rough live performance during FACE promos and his philosophy on growing as a performer. Jimin is SO much more shy talking about his music compared to RM--it's an interesting contrast!

My heart hurts every time I think about how much pressure, stress, desperation, loneliness and sadness Namjoon has gone through over the years + the amount of hate and criticism (it was really heavy during this time too and we also could tell he wasn't feeling the best when he waslive a couple of times on weverse that year and he was also so honest with us but kept getting backlash for so many things he never said or intended to do). He's such a wonderful and special person to me, to the members, to his family, to his friends, and to millions of fans. I'm so glad he's still with us and I pray that he and the rest of the members stay healthy, happier and receive all the love and support they deserve 💜 I'm usually a person that tries to stay away from negativity but i can't help feeling angry and stress sometimes when I see the BTS members getting so much unprovoked hate, defamations and being harrased so when that happens I never stay quiet about it. I join projects, campaigns, etc., to block the hate when it's need it and when the information is accurate of course. It feels like I'm batteling all the hate too and the majority of this fandom does that as well, and that's why Armys feel like they have been going through it too, are overprotective, and whenever the members share such personal things like this it hits so hard. 😭 This was such a good reaction and I want to thank you Peachy for being so honest with us as well. As someone who has followed you since your first BTS reactions it's been so nice to see you glow more and more and hearing your healing process when it comes to your work and enjoyment in platforms such as Tiktok, Twitch, Youtube and Patreon. I really hope you know that it's okay to take breaks when you need it bc we understand, and just do you! If you are listening to songs react to certain videios and play certain games, I really hope it's bc you genuinely enjoy them and not just bc people are constantly aking for it and you feel presssured. 💜

2025-09-15 03:49:25 +0000 UTClovely reaction like always 🫶 i also adored that video idea of them just sitting down and talking about both of their albums so so much.. the way they understand each other like no one else ever will is so special! my joonie was really going through during that era but put all of those feelings into such wonderful songs.. i'm so glad that it seems like he's doing so much better these days and is enjoying working on group stuff again (even tho the immense pressure is still there of course). and jimin, the sweetest man ever, the way he really understood joon that day and validated him and his struggles ughh he just always gets it .. i also miss him the most these days, hope he's doing well and coming back to us soon 😞

It’s so sad because what RM was speaking about always having the say the right or being judged more harshly is still happening to all the members. So annoying like these are 7 humans not superhero’s. I love RM has Jimin in his life and vice versa. I will never understand solo fans who try to rip the group a part or hate on other members. Like these 7 are the only ones who can understand each other. They are the only 7 who has experienced something like this. They will always need each other and be each others suppor. Hating on your favorite members bond with his brothers is insane
