[Manga Page WIP (Full View)] Ancient Watch Tower Turtle
Added 2021-08-03 22:05:42 +0000 UTCA first look at the redesign of the giant turtle xenobeast that is going to attack the ship where the prologue chapter takes place.
I ultimately decided to give the fortress on its back a Japanese stylized design because the mob monster enemies in the prologue chapter are also based on Japanese folklore.
This tower took a crazy amount of time and work. I'm still thinking of a good way to recycle the designs for other panels, so I can hopefully save some time. I'm glad I found suitable brushes to make the turtle skin look more rock-like.
