I have so much respect to everyone who signed up to do this show and maintained positive attitudes because i've seen people go through much less on american T.V and not be able to handle it 😆
this episode had me DYING but i think the shock factor has finally worn off and i was much more able to process what was happening this time around.
what i would do to be in the middle of the woods or ocean with Jin siiigh HEHEHE MAYBE SOME DAY!

2025-05-15 01:37:14 +0000 UTCPeachy just FYI the captions you have on are a transcription of the English dub (“English (CC)”) so a lot of them are not accurate. Like when the girl went fishing she actually said, “Nice, I’ll show it off to my dad.” But the dub version says, “Sweet. I can’t wait to brag about this.” If you switch to the regular “English” subtitles it is a lot closer to what they’re actually saying and it also cuts out the annoying Netflix music lyrics lmao 🤭

2025-05-14 19:44:43 +0000 UTCSo Ye-eun is just two syllables Yeh-Uhn basically if i try to spell it in a way that you would read it phonetically for someone with your accent Peachy! Her full name is Ji Ye Eun so just like seokjins family name is Kim, hers is Ji. And when Kian was shouting out Ye-eun-Ah that is just the way you do it in korean when directly calling out to someone who is younger or same age as you. If their name ends with a consonant you attach -Ah at the end, and if their name ends with a vowel you attach -Yah. So as an example, if Jin wants to call out to yoongi in a way where he is like Hey Yoongi (come help me or smth) he would say Yoongi-Yah! But only directly to that person, you dont say it when talking about someone to another person. Also want to point out not specifically cause of anything you said but just in general cause even commenters here think Ye-eun is dramatic, this is her extremely toned down and careful. Usually she will be very flirty and even more dramatic, but she toned it down a lot because she was scared army wouldn’t like if she was too extra with Jin 😅 Her tv ”persona” if i should call it that is quite flirty and if there is a handsome single guy with her she will play it up, but she seems to be working actively to avoid that here.

Sure, she gets scared and screams sometimes. but let’s be real, most of us would react the same way in those situations. What really matters is that, despite her fear, she never backs down. She always gives her best and takes such good care of the guests. She might hesitate at first, but she still pushes through and completes every task with sincerity. Kian and jin match eachother's energy but also opposite to each other a lot. I really love that. And i love the guests. Like each guest through out the whole show was special.
