Nambaza Woodstock is a police officer and Tsulin's supervisor. She has a complicated relationship with him since she doesn't agree with his drastic methods when it comes to fighting crime. Furthermore there are several rumours that he took bribes for falsifying investigation reports in the past.
His Ultima is called "Money Shot". Well, that's all what I want to tell at this point, haha. Hope you are looking forward to his upcoming introduction scene.
