It’s wild to me that this album came out in 2014 because I feel like it is just so mature and ahead of its time with the ambient sounds that they used in their music, the instrumentals, their lyrics and emotions!!
I’m so surprised with the songs that I hadn’t heard yet because they are right up my alley giving early 2000 R&B lover man tracks.💜 It’s just so cute hearing them get into their feels and also showing a completely different side of themselves. War of hormone may have gotten a lot of heat when it first came out but I feel like if people just listened to the rest of the album, they would hear just how much BTS like appreciated relationships in all sense of the word. It’s just so precious to see how much they’ve grown and matured since then and how their past albums really hold up. UGH we love to see it and I can’t wait to listen to the rest!!

ohhhhh! so... fun fact about cypher pt 3! right before yoongi's line about 'whether it's a guy or a girl' (1:09:52) you can hear hobi give a loud sigh in the background. The Dark & Wild era wasn't a flop, but it definitely got less support and growth than they expected it. and I still can0t get why. It's so good. Anyway, Yoongi's bisexual line is everything! Cypher pt. 3 is my favorite from the cyphers

The “do them” here points to the equations as the “them”. 😬

The song “So 4 More” is a pre-debut song that is NOT on this album. I’m only stressing this bc half of the reactors get it confused. They’re both great songs but Second Grade is ICONIC and I don’t want you to miss it! :)

Fun fact, Let me know was produced by Yoongi, he’s so talented I love how they’re intertwining two themes in this album (love/heartbreak and their love for music/hiphop). You mentioned a BTS eras tour as a wish of yours a while ago, and I was just thinking I would LOVE for them to get some of these old songs out in live performances! They haven’t sung some of these since 2015 or so! (Also, yay for bi king yoongi haha 🩷💙 cypher 3 will always stay iconic)

I love hip hop lover but I always get rapper's gf vibes when JK comes in with that sweet voice on the hook right after namjoon. get it kookie 🤣 war of hormone is so cheeky and real... it's a great song and I will die on this hill. let me know needs to be heard live. yes, jimin does perform that killing note and it's crazy to actually see it rain is bts' most underrated bside, change my mind 😤 and unbothered king yoongi in cypher 3...
