I am so pleased and excited to announce that we are finally beginning our journey of watching Bon Voyage together for the first time! This show has been HIGHLY requested by you cuties and you haven't lead me astray with your recommendations yet so I knew I was in for a treat!
This show gives such "Are You Sure?!" vibes mixed with "In the Soop" and that is just what I was looking for to fill the void of having completed both of those shows which I loved so very much. n.n I kind of love that the company just threw BTS into a travel show and said "Figure it out" LOL. Our boys did so well though and I am super proud of them for navigating through the airport together and for helping Jimin locate his lost luggage HAHAHA

2024-11-27 02:05:11 +0000 UTChey peachy i see you referring to jimin as hyung to tae too but hes not hyung to tae cause they are born in the same year they dont call each other hyung, tae refers to jimin by name and vice versa ,they went to high school together and even have a song called friends in map of the soul album that talks about their friendship cause they are the same age and how that helped them grow strong together they have talked many times about having a same age friend in the group and how it really helped them - it doesnt translate in eng but when you talk with your hyung and when you talk with your same age friends the korean language used is completely diff and the 95 line (jimin and tae) often use the informal korean language with each other compared to how they talk with other members if you want to you can watch a very fun video of these two for their festa video https://youtu.be/E9Un7WD-yJM?si=A9Rvf2iQsXKQXDnf

2024-11-09 05:29:36 +0000 UTCThat’s not true in the case of BTS. BigHit doesn’t do idol debt. Neither does HYBE now. All other companies do, but not in BigHit. Whatever expense was accumulated during their training days, this is put against Training and Development cost and their idols don’t need to pay it back. While the boys were earning their fair share, they still had to live within their means and BigHit was the one paying for their dorms. So while they did upgrade dorms when they could, 2016 was just a year after they got their first number 1. So you will see them having nicer things, more designer clothes, a bigger apartment, but they still had to ensure they had funds for the future.

Second dorm is this one they showed in the opening of BV1. Roommates were Yoongi and Jin, Namjoon and JK, and then Hobi and Vmin. There was a third dorm before their last one. It was more of a house than a dorm. They showed it in their Blood Sweat and Tears parody as well as that Run BTS episode where they had to dress each other. I believe it was also the dorm showed in BV3 opening. That dorm is now a cafe anyone can visit. Roommates were still Yoongi and Jin, Namjoon and Taehyung, Jimin and Hobi, and JK had his own room (more of a big closet) in the basement. That’s where the name Golden Closet comes from. But for the roommates challenge during that one Festa, since he didn’t have a roommate, he joined the room of Jimin and Hobi. Their last and final dorm was the huge one that they showed in the opening of BV4, the LGO music video, and the last Festa dinner. And you’re right, everyone had their own rooms except for Hobi and Jimin who still shared.

Their live in the first apartment (7 sleep in one bedroom) in 2011 to 2015 The second from 2016 to 2018 The 3rd one from 2019-2021 (in this one they have one bedroom for each member except for jimin and hobi they still were roommate) And in 2020 every one star to buy they owns apartment and live separately since 2021 They was that confirmed all of this information

I don't think Idols in general really start making profit for a while - they gotta 'pay back' whatever investment was made in them. And Yes - Naver is like SK Google.

My favourite seasons are 2 and 4, can’t wait till you get to them <3 also definitely check out Behind the Cam for each episode, it has footage the members filmed themselves. You can also see what Jin did for the 3 hours. Btw season 1 started with short episode 0, where they interviewed all of the members.

Just want to say when I was baby army I watched tons of content all at once and didn’t do anything “in order” (granted there was a lot less of it lol) and there’s nothing wrong with getting to know the content however you want to. I was juggling Run BTS and 3 seasons of Bon Voyage all at once (because they were about to shut down Vlive Channel+ and I thought I’d lose all my paid VODs lol), it was super fun and it didn’t confuse me about when things were filmed. It’s fine. 😘💜

It’s an anniversary in Korea that falls on the third Monday of May which celebrates new young adults who just turned 20 Korean age (international age would be like 18 or 19) and the three gifts they receive are roses, perfume, and kisses. You gotta watch him dance the coming-of-age ceremony with Jimin, it’s iconic. This is them practicing it. The video doesn’t have subs but honestly you don’t need it lol. I also feel like it was really smart for the company to have the boys go on shows like Run BTS and Bon Voyage because it taught them life skills. A lot of big celebrities who started very young literally don’t know how to do simple things like do the grocery, cook, check in for yourself at the airport because they have managers and handlers doing everything for them. And you can see the boys struggling in the first season of BV but then when you get to BV4, you see their growth. And especially in In the Soop, you see how self sufficient they’ve become. Yoongi’s and JK’s cooking skills have also improved so much through the years.

I'm absolutely loving the variety but i mean for the "bigger" shows, i would prefer to finish one thing and then start the other. I either don't have a problem with watching shows in chronological order. I mean In the Soop was after Bon Voyage but i loved the ITS vibes with you. But really want you to watch the Behind the Scenes and finish In the Soop. Of course I see very much people are happy and excited abut yor posting Bon Voyage and I sure will watch it too.. It would make more sense and be much more satisfying to see their development watching the shows in chronological order. But hey everyone has their own journey ig. It does get frustrating at times tho when the timelines get mixed up but that’s kinda the baby army life. Not everyone watched everything in order. It took me some time to make sense of things too
