It really reminds me of the Festum from Fafner, which are also a hivemind alien race who are trying to convert all humankind into their own. The difference here is that while the emotion the Festum learn from humans is hatred, here it seems to be love. And it also features a character named Olga, even with a similar hairstyle, though I hope the Olga here doesn't meet the same fate.
