Tira from Soulcalibur (February's Requests)

Hello there. Yes you are at the right place. This is not Sakimi Chan's Patreon page. It's me, your beloved ol' stupid Bad Spider who decided to step into Sakimi Chan's boots (or is it high heels cause she's a girl) and do this pinup in a more humanoid-realistic-ky way ^^

If your eyes didn't hurt yet, do not pat yourself in the back just yet, cause I have some more typing to do, and you better read, all of it because if not.. Spider will be very sad..

The pinup: IF you remember, Tira (from Soulcalibur) was the 3rd and last winner from our fabulous game, "spin the damn wheel" thing for February. I did have a look around and didn't find many good ones about her, let alone noodies. So I feel proud to have provided the internet with one more decent spicy piece of her. Unfortunately I did not have time to make her outfit too. So I'm afraid she will only be seen by my beloved Patrons for now. 

I did want to make her cartoony as usual initially, but after a few early sketches things naturally shifted to a more humanoid look, close to her game looks. Then I went to render it to hell and back and try to make it as polished as possible in the time I had before this post. I know it can be taken further and I know how to. Just decided to stop here for now. It's not bad to switch styles occasionally, is it?

Sketches: I promised to get more sketches done for the lovely ladies that didn't win February's wheel, didn't I? Since Ty Lee and Azula are of the same series they were picked and also an unrelated fanart for Akabur's SC34, with Lola, with an even more bootylicious version in the following post for Patrons. Actually you can grab all those in full in my Twitter.

Some people ask me why I call these sketches. Because they are done rough,fast and dirty, mostly in two passes for the lines, and a quick coloring. Usually one hour is for lines and another half hour for color. They are meant to be for practice, but sometimes if I like the pose, I spend a little more time and make it a little more special as you will see in next version of Lola (grab it from Twitter) ;)

These quick practices do make me better and I will keep doing them for the girls that didn't win, as time permits. A few more left from February's wheel draw, I will try them for next week ;)

So, quite a productive week, 3 sketches and one pinup, work on the game and prelim work for a commission.. lol, wtf Bad Spider ??
