Short Story Poll #4

Now that Piece of Work is complete, it's time we vote on the next short story. Like before, I've scrapped some of the ideas from the previous poll. I just don't really like them as much as I did previously. There are also some new ones! Some from which came from you! I hope to find out what interests you guys the most. Take a look:

1. When a Brob is found dead in their apartment, no one expected the killer to turn themselves in. To everyone's surprise, the alleged killer is...a Lilli? Many find that hard to believe, but the story lines up. With no other leads, the case is set to be closed. That is until a Gulliveran detective and a Brob cop will team up to solve this murder mystery. This would be a serious story with unexpected twists.

2. In the world of MG, there exists a black market that profits from trafficking Lilliputians. This was touched on through backstories and early chapters of MG, but never explored in greater depth. This story would chronicle the journey of some poor Lilli (or Lillies) from the moment of their kidnapping to their end. Whether that is positive or negative, I have not decided yet. Feel free to comment below.

3. A different take on the original tale of Gulliver's Travels, inspired by one of my favorite episodes of The Twilight Zone. When a young woman becomes shipwrecked somewhere in the middle of the ocean, she wakes up on an island of tiny people. As the biggest, most powerful person around, what is stopping her from doing whatever she wants? This would be a fairly cruel story with a focus on morality and karma. The sizes involved would be something similar to MG, but less extreme.

4. In the real world, one guy decides to shrink himself down to sneak onto a long-distance bus/train/flight. He could be alone, or maybe he has a normal-sized friend as help, or maybe it's even a group trip for a college course or something. Either way, it probably wouldn't be too plot-focused, but rather on the shenanigans that the protag goes through thanks to being really tiny in an enclosed space with people tightly-packed together. Expect to see some f***ing around, and a lot of finding out.

5. Other. If you have an idea you think is better than my four, comment below. Please be aware that unless I (really) like it, there isn't much chance I'll do it. SFW ideas only, I won't write smut.
