So true!!

Chandra

Andor was Elizabeth Dulau's (Kleya) first on-screen role, and she really was compelling. And to have scenes with such a powerhouse actor as Stellan Skarsgard and shine is proof of her talent.

Dan Harris

Haven't had to delete any spoilers, the community is just that great!

Chandra

Oh yeah, as a big Wheel of Time fan that guy doesn't deserve the name Perrin!

Chandra

Yeah! That tie fighter sound gives me chills every time I hear it in the show.

Chandra

It's on our radar, but we just don't have room in the schedule right now. I'm really looking forward to it though!

Chandra

Final thought for this episode. I am overwhelmed by the restraint in this community for not spoiling things. And if there are moderators on here deleting spoilers, thank you!!!

2 points: a) ANDOR season one did get nominated, and did win a few awards. (For editing, and generally "outstanding series") But noteably it won a Peabody. It's a prestigious award! (The Peabody Award recognizes distinguished achievement in electronic media (television, radio, podcast, and online) for "stories that matter," focusing on public service, social impact, and excellence rather than popularity.) It was nominated for a lot more. b) Season two was nominated for so many more, and won so many more awards. But, be patient, well talk about that later 😂. When you're done with season one, I'd like to know what awards Chandra & Jordan would give the first season?? Anyone else reading this, too! Start your sheet, and at the finale episode, we can give realistic awards for whatever we want!

Will you guys react to A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms? So far it is really good.

Nemik looked so sad when Cassian admitted he was only there for the money. He really believed that Cassian was someone who could be won over to the cause. I just want to be able to tell him, "Don't worry, Nemik. Cassian Andor will become a rebel hero!" Mon Mothma's husband (Perrin) is awful. Actively turning your child against the other parent is reprehensible.

Joseph Olson

You all are probably too young to recognize the little folding navigation device Nemmik talks about as an old Polaroid Camera from the 1980's 😂

LAWL... Space berries 😂

Quick fun facts! A) Syril's mother is the same actress who portrayed Harry Potters neighbor. She came to 'rescue' him when the Dementora attacked him and his step brother. B) something I caught on rewatch, Syril is sitting in his childhood bedroom, and catches just a few seconds of sunlight on his face. At this low level of housing, beneath many tall skyscrapers, he only gets a few seconds of sunlight per day 😞. C) There is a kind of parallel between the rebels equipment, and the prop designers. Both have a limited budget & limited time, and in the end, they have to work with what they have, and make it work. 😁 D) The writers of Andor do something subtly different than most film & TV, in that they don't do traditional setup / payoff. What I mean is, they will often say something, and it will be explained later. And it's not the really big important stuff, it's subtle, little things. It makes a rewatch a real treat, because you, the viewer, remember the payoff explanation, but don't necessarily recall the setup. Or vice versa. Anyway, they (the writers) don't give you anything. It's all there, but you have to spot it, find it, hear it... The overly observant viewer is heavily rewarded, and rewatched are made even more special 🥰

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought Syril's bowl of "Oops! All Space Berries" looked good.

N.T. Stars

This show made TIE fighters truly terrifying again, and in ways that reflect real-life methods of using military hardware to terrorize and intimidate.
