2025-09-11 10:49:02 +0000 UTCGreat reaction! This is a brilliant episode but the crazy thing is as an electronic technician I always have to question it's premise. Even if Chuck's condition was real I don't think the battery would prove him wrong. For an electromagnetic field to be generated the electrons/current have to flow. A battery not hooked to a circuit/device won't generate anything. It would be more accurate if instead they left the battery in the cell phone and turned on. Hell depending on the design even if the cell phone was off it likely still had at least one active circuit.
