Here's a couple of polling suggestions that would require watching a few westerns: 1) Maybe do a re-made western poll where you watch both versions of whatever wins. So if the Magnificent Seven wins, you watch both versions, or both of the 3:10 to Yuma movies, True Grit, etc. 2) Maybe do a handful of actor polls (3-5) and watch winning movie for each of the actors like a Clint Eastwood poll, John Wayne, Sam Elliot, or Henry Fonda, etc.
