And that was Nymeria ... When Arya said "That's not you" she just meant that Nymeria is not the direwolf she once knew. Nymeria has her own family now. The wolf that Ned killed was Sansa's wolf, Arya knew what was coming and sent Nymeria away to keep her safe.
