Superhero/Other Poll!

Last week we asked for your suggestions for our next TV series, and we were thrilled to see so many, so thank you everyone! It was a really tough choice, as they all sound really good! In the end, we decided to go with Band of Brothers! We're very new to war movies/TV, so this seemed like a good opportunity to jump in.
For this week's poll we're focusing on Superhero/other movies! Let us know which you want to watch with us next!
EDIT: Sounds like Superhero movies might not be for everyone, so we added another option! For this one we'd pick something you've recommended in the past (70's - 80's movie). You'll also have to revote if you already did, as I had to delete the first poll. Sorry!

2024-05-23 11:38:16 +0000 UTCsorry guys but superheroes films have been done to death by other reactors and not many people will vote for them since disney killed them by making them woke and ruined films for normal people who enjoy films so i have to say i voted for No Hero movie, pick a movie we've suggested in past polls instead! you most likely spent some time working out what films to put in the poll and sorry for not picking any of them and to mention i only like 1 DC films and they are the original superman

2024-05-22 18:02:08 +0000 UTCI'm going to show my bias here, but 100% Superman. He's my favorite fictional character so I have to vote this one. Superman The Movie is the Godfather of all superhero films and the one that started it all. Yes, much of it will feel dated, but the film's magic and earnestness are unmatched. It has pitch perfect casting, THE Superman theme, (seriously, no hero theme fits a character better) and the tag line, "You'll believe a man can fly" still rings true every time I watch it. Finally, Christopher Reeve is Superman. While other actors in the role have done the character justice, none of them have surpassed the performance of Reeve. He feels like walked right off the comic page and IMO, the best comic book character performance to-date.
