Welcome back for another Gooeycandy Newsletter, where you get up to date with ALL things gooeycandy! Let's dive right in!

🎨 Art & Project Progress:

It's finally Gooeyween season, which means I'm challenging myself to finish all 5 Gooeyween prompts by the end of October. I've come close two years in a row now, but I really think this is the year! In fact, October just started and I already have two pieces (basically) complete!

Here's a teaser for now, but the full pieces will be posted on their scheduled Gooeyween release day, so stay tuned!

The first is Pits/Monster featuring some of my favs from All Saints Street! And the second is Prince/Ass so I made that Kristoff piece I promised a while back! I am really proud of both and can't wait to share 'em with you!

Speaking of, a small shop update, “Gooey Gordon” sticker has been added to my shop!

👋🏻 Hands On! Progress:

Next up, we have some small Hands On updates! Expressions and Script are nearly complete, along with all Candy assets (for the main mode anyway... 👀) Progress is going incredibly smooth, and I can't wait to show you all more. But for now, in the spirit of Gooeyween, have some Candy!

Voice Actor applications are open again! I already have some submissions from last time I opened these, but just in case, I'm re-opening Voice Actor submissions to voice Candy! If you or someone you know may be interested, send them this application link!

So I'll be sure to work on this piece when Gooeyween settles down. Tauro was an incredibly close 2nd (by 1 vote!) so, no promises but I may do something with him as well if I have the time!

The suggestion box is still open! For this one, suggest an entire franchise/game/show, etc. This will help decide a future “ensemble” piece with 3 or more characters! Read more in the actual post!

I think I'm gonna be Scully from X-Files... I love her so god damn much... but I don’t wanna shave my beard so uh… Scully with a beard it is.

Some of you may have seen that I tidied up my office recently! Here's what it's looking like right now!

I know it doesn't look like much but I'm incredibly proud of how tidy it looks right now. I'm someone who has a lot of trouble keeping my mind organized, and honestly the thing that has helped the most in the past is making my living spaces organized first. If you're in my boat, take this as a sign to clean up your room, and make sure everything has a place so it doesn't get out of hand as fast.

Other than that, I've been pretty much working, beating Donkey Kong Bananza, playing the new Hello Kitty DLC and trying my best to relax. I'm honestly really excited for all the things I'm working on so I hope you are too!

🎥 NOW WATCHING: Killing Eve, Dancing With The Stars (lol)

SPOILERS AHEAD!! Don't read if not caught up!

🔪 Killing Eve: Been recommended this a thousand times and finally got around to it. If you love insane lesbians, do I have the show for you. Villainelle is such an icon, wow. I've been told not to watch past season 1 though, what do y'all think?
🕺🏻 Dancing with the Stars: Never watched it before but my sister wanted something to watch together lol. It's fun based on episode one alone I'm rooting for Topanga and Robert Irwin. I love u Dylan Efron but that was a hard watch lmaooo.
