Yeah this is not the flex people think it is. The PLA deployed about a company of soldiers for a week of training. There is a big difference between the Logistics of sending a company of soldiers to a friendly nation for training and a full blown invasion.

Like from other countries (such as the US, the Philippines, Singapore, Liberia, Cuba, the UK, and maybe South Africa)? (Before and after WW2).
