Hollywood is a weird place.
When I first moved here, back in 2002, there was an assumption that one could, and would, probably run into famous people on the regular.
I was married for the first 5 years that I was here, and for the most part, didn't see and meet any celebs during that time save for the one big one--Marilyn Manson--in 2004.
After my divorce, and domesticated life, I finally got out into the city that was Los Angeles and ultimately started to run into a ton of well-known people over the years.
The one thing I hadn't counted on though, was the next generation--their children.
You'd be surprised at how many children of celebs have wandered into my world over the last decade or so. As sprawling a city as LA is, it's also a small town when you run in the circles I do.
Which brings us to today's set.
I first met Countess (yes, that's her actual name) through Instagram a year or so back. I'd been aware of her work for several years and was thrilled when we finally had a chance to get together. We also became quick friends over this past year.
As it turns out, and though it was already apparently common knowledge, I had no idea at the time that her father was none other than Danny Bonaduce--he of Partridge Family and reality tv fame.
So yeah, children of celebs. Hollywood is a weird place.
