Option 1:

Beach Bod Blues

It's almost Summer time, and Tyler has always hated Summertime swimming. He's always been too ashamed to take his shirt off around other people, but this year HAS to be different. All of his friends are planning a beach vacation this year, and Tyler refuses to allow himself to miss out. He decides to seek help from Emily, his younger sister. She's known about his insecurities for a while now, and she always knows just what to say. Or which spell to cast~ Emily gives it to him straight, she can fix his low self-esteem, but it may not be in the way he's expecting. Our prot-egg-onist doesn't care what form it comes in, he just wants to feel comfortable enough in his own body to swim with his friends!
