Added 2024-01-24 06:58:28 +0000 UTCTook too long to start working on this month's stuff. My own fault, I have no excuse this time. As you can see, I decided to try another comic this month.
Anyway, I have it projected to be around 30 pages this time, and I'm definitely not going to have enough time or energy to do anything else this month in the short while left, so I apologize to anyone hoping for more (and anything earlier than a Jan 31 release will be something of a miracle). However, this comic sets up for up to five or six additional chapters after this one, and I'll try to crank those out for as long as I have the will and reception to keep making them.
Presented here as both a teaser and proof of concept, I offer three pages (pages 1, 2, and 8), plus my initial character designs for the main characters, though some minor details have already changed as you may be able to tell. I have an idea for another character and chapter to add if this is well received and gets that far.
Last to note is that the comic will focus more on the relationships between the characters and the moments between them rather than on telling a grand over-arching story.
