[Idea] Double Date; Patron vote for desired conclusion

Premise:

A man has to put up with the sexual antics of a hot girl whom he knows is his male friend in a girl skinsuit.

Character notes:

Alex, Bia, Carlos, and Dave are placeholders for character names:

Dave: Man, Point of View character

Carlos: Man, horny friend of Dave

Alex: Man, friend of Dave, happily dating Bia

Bia: Woman, friend of Dave, [probably] happily dating Alex.

Set-up + summary:

"I wanna fuck Alex's girlfriend." Carlos says to his friend, Dave, at a bar one night with friends. Alex and Bia were out on the dance floor shaking some sick moves while Carlos and Dave kicked back at their table.

As Bia gets grinding with another girl, Dave's reminded of something he heard.

"Too bad you're not a girl yourself; I hear Bia's bi. She's loyal to Alex, but knowing Alex, she wouldn't have a hard time convincing him to have a threesome with another girl."

Carlos chuckles. "what kind of comment is that? 'Here's some good news... if you get a more comprehensive sex change than modern medicine is capable of!' otherwise it's just a cock tease. Besides, if I were a girl from the start, who knows if I'd be into her still. Maybe I'd be dating you."

Dave chokes a little at the thought. "Would you be hot?"

Carlos puffs out his chest. "Huge breasts, nice tight waist. Got junk in the trunk. I take pretty good care of my body, if I do say so myself. I don't imagine it'd be too different if I were a girl, right?"

a few days later...

A gorgeous woman shows up on Daves's doorstep, and comes on to him, before Carlos reveals himself. They chat and Carlos ultimately convinces Dave to claim they are dating and set up a double date with Alex and Bia.

During the double date, Dave has to deal with Carlos acting real sexy with him, even to the point where they make out and have sex.

Alex and Bia get involved and it becomes a foursome, all while Dave grapples with the secret of Carlos's real identity, especially when Carlos pulls out a "Lheriss brand strap-on," and gets busy with Bia.

1. it was what it was (no extra layers):

1.A) girl version of Carlos, "Carla" and Dave claim to have broken up, but Carla keeps meeting illicitly with Bia.

1.B) Carlos stays Carla and stays with Dave, and their sex life is wild.

2. B's Round about confession/plea for help: Carlos was actually Bia, using Carlos to try to tell Dave that she likes Dave but is too shy/can't break up with Alex because of reasons. The real Carlos was playing Bia for support (may be bi himself).

3. Triple swap: Carlos was Bia, Bia was Alex, and Alex was Carlos, (the three non-PoV chars all basically swapped with each other) in order to:

3.A) just screw with Dave for kicks and Dave will never know the truth... [until...?]

3.B) to boost Dave's self confidence after a rough break up.
