Pledge processing is now set to charge upfront
Added 2019-08-01 20:27:13 +0000 UTCAs mentioned last month, I've now switched my pledge processing to charge upfront. Again, persisting patrons should not see any change in their billing, but new patrons will now be charged immediately upon making their first pledge.
