2021-11-10 09:19:00 +0000 UTCI mean, technically, I think it's 鯉. Koi is the more common romanization, yes- but strictly speaking, there's no reason Coi wouldn't work too, as far as i know? They're both just phonetic reproductions of a Japanese word using English language characters.
