Here is a bit more of Francoise and her little date.
His attention to her bountiful chest pays off and she lets out a "small" squirt of milk to his face. She is completely conscious of this so she manages to control the pressure of the splash as not to hurt him, still, a shot like that to the face is going to sting for a bit. She will of course make it up to him.
