2021-08-18 21:29:46 +0000 UTCYou are right in a way. Most men (even if it doesn't look like it) have broader shoulders than women. So unless the shoulder length shrank, or the uniforms alter on there own (we are dealing with magic here). Then the arms might actually be an issue.
