Do you suppose anyone within stone-throwing range of the production of this film ever thought, "You know, the disciples, being fishermen, probably would have been more interested in eating these characters than saving their souls."

2021-06-19 04:42:03 +0000 UTCWelp, it seems that WowNow Entertainment learned absolutely nothing from making the first Finding Jesus movie. This sequel clearly has all the same problems as its predecessor, only worse. The voice acting, the visuals, the characters, the blatant lack of continuity...even that racist sushi character is back! What is WowNow trying to teach children by having a racist character, anyway? And this movie was made and released less than a year after the first one?! Wownow really has no shame...I bet at the rate they're going, we can expect Finding Jesus 3 this holiday season or early 2022 (disclaimer: I pray they stop at the second movie). It's easy to see why you despised Finding Jesus 2 even more so than the first movie...it's because they made the problems of the first movie even worse. Heck, it feels like this movie is a straight-up carbon copy of its predecessor, as if WowNow had too much material for one movie and decided to make a second one. There are sequels that rehash the plot of their predecessors that at least try to spice things up in some regard to make them feel at least somewhat different...this movie doesn't seem like it even has that going for it. I feel bad for any child who wants Finding Nemo and/or Finding Dory and gets stuck with either Finding Jesus movie. Even if this movie was hot garbage-and ended up being nearly as bad as Adventures of Acela-you once again proved how brave you were to watch the movie and cover it for our entertainment. You certainly held no punches saying how this movie should not exist...how neither Finding Jesus movie should have been made, and how Finding Nemo ripoffs should just stop. I also like how you gave the movie the proper treatment it deserved...by breaking the disc and the box it came in. I wonder if you will end up ritualistically burning a third movie if they ever make one (which hopefully, they won't). Oh, and Nick Ha's editing is still pretty brilliant, like always...you can tell that he really loves adding all those visual gags and other special touches. When next he works on one of your videos, I look forward to seeing what editing effects he ends up creating for us all! I hope you have a super weekend, Saber...see you around soon! =)
