Option 1:

To celebrate the holiday and the month, how about an old man that constantly goes to a strip club, is recruited to become the new bunny girl after the club’s current one had to call in sick. But since he likes the new job so much, he stays on as a permanent bunny girl stripper.

Option 2:

Freak out gene therapy:

A doctor claims they can cure any disease by swapping parts of your DNA with other people and animals with immunity to the disease, even going as far as curing cancer. The only problem with it is that it isn't exactly perfected yet, giving people extra traits from the source, but isn't that just what a good (and well paid) test subject is for.

Option 3:

A guy visits his friends house, and he’s had a crush on the friends mum for a while since she’s always looked like a MILF. Turns out she has stayed young by hopping into young guys bodies and changing them to look like her whilst taking them over at the same time, which she does to the main character who visits.

Option 4:

Two roommates the first a girl, the second a boy. The first roommate takes all of the other roommates clothes away and leaves only some sexy girl clothes for him to wear, the second roommate is furious because he has to go to a job interview. The first roommate tells him he better be able to pass as a girl for this interview because he is not getting his clothes back. So he has to do makeup and his hair and go out as a girl because he doesn't want to show up to the interview as a boy wearing girls clothes. He likes the attention he is getting and slowly starts actually becoming a girl.

"The Empty Lamp" 

An archaeologist finds a genuine magic lamp, but no genie. But the ancient tome he found with the lamp has a way to make one! As he follows what he can decipher of its instructions, he's turned into a sexy female genie, eager to explore her new powers... and *maybe* find a master or mistress to have some fun with.
