I managed to check this out with all due speed, and let me tell you...now I see just how bizarre this movie truly was. I can also see why it bombed everywhere: the story was nonsensical, the U.S. release had some false advertising, and adult animation wouldn't really take off until Fritz the Cat came along. Still, it looks as if Cleopatra is worth watching just for the novelty factor, though there are clearly better adult animated movies out there. If nothing else, Osamu Tezuka deserves credit for taking risks that not of lot of people would dare to take...and on a related note, I commend you for taking a chance with covering another adult-rated movie. You go where few people dare, and for that, I give you major props! Hope you're doing well, Saber...I'll see if I can make it to the Discord get-togethers this weekend. Until then, take care! =)
