9/19 Sketch 1
Added 2019-09-09 21:04:07 +0000 UTCA bit later than planned, but the first draft of the sketch is finished. I'll come back to this tomorrow and do a little extra cleaning and adjustment before working on color or value.
So, normally, I'd have done this all in pink—and then a second pass in a dark blue, to prep everything and get a really good base for my linework. But, this time, I'm not going that route. I'm going to do something similar to an old piece of mine from last year ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/28290332/ ) that just uses the sketch as a suggestion of where things go.
I suppose the layer structure would look a bit like [color]->[sketch]->[additional color] with all the shadows and highlights above it all.
