Under Contract - Early Access v010

Hello employees! Welcome to the first official release of Under Contract early access!

We have been working hard on the game since we released the demo a few weeks ago, our focus has been looking at the feedback and input people have sent in with their experiences, and while the overall consensus has been good, we wanted to start addressing what we can while we are waiting on new art and animations.

The beginnings of our new variety of gameplay methods can be found within the build, these include both horizontal and vertical line clear gems and radius clear bombs. These can be combo’ed against or be thrown to activate. We also have added bubble gems to the game, which act as very fragile pockets of air, if you throw weight on top of them they will crumble under the weight.

Another huge update for this build is the flexible difficulty scale, this is all centered around line clear speed, if you play slowly the line speed decreases, if you play fast and clear the board frequently you will get a lot more lines as a result. Testing this so far has proven that this has made the game considerably more approachable. It is likely in the future we will add in a difficulty mode for more dexterous players. Keep in mind that this feature won't stop new lines from coming in VS mode.

Out future plans for a patch put us around the middle of July and this one will be a focus on the adult animations and lewd content. This includes changing the gameplay presentation, reward animations, etc. Overall a lot of planning is needed for it to work, which is why it didn’t make it into this patch.
