Sapphire Safari
This week we have once again been hard at work focusing on the building of monster interactions. The system we have right now is the basic starting point for all interactions going forward. However, that system is something that needs far more detailing and works. To combat this we have started to write documentation on the methods we need to employ to get the most from this system. As you can see in the v0.0.3 build the biggest hurdle is the UX and how players can play with the systems. The other task we are almost finished with is the concept work for the new island system, we had issues with how biomes were smooshed together, to fix this we hired a map maker to put together a concept of how the environment should actually work. The results so far are really good.
Elewder
This week we finished up the next patch for Elewder which, unfortunately, was a little late than the projected November 15th release date. The new mechanics needed testing, and with the release in its current state, we are happy with the progress. The new interactions are what people are looking for, but we need to keep this momentum going forward.
Under Contract
Programming is focusing on building the user flow at the moment, this means the main menu and how to fix some of the odd things the VS ai does. Our composure is building the main theme to the game, along with tackling the all troublesome solo puzzle music. Our lead artist is finishing up the cuddle scene along with another coworker combat art.
Wet Nightmares
The 8 endings of Wet Nightmares are now all completely planned out, the main narrative is our current focus, and once done the next step is English copy. We also have the re-work of chapter 01 basically done, just getting it put all together and polished up for the release.
