Friday Post #45 - Rules to follow

Another week has passed over and our work continues. We have had to double down on the work needed for Elewder but the processing for the other games has not slowed either!

Sapphire Safari
Our focus for this week was mostly around bringing up the quality of the models available in the current beta, currently, we have three girls who can “kinda” work under the new cuddle systems, this number has been upgraded to all currently available models on the island (kobold, buns, tsunbee, crabs) as well as getting started on the other models that were made but not in the beta. As for the mechanics themselves, the focus has been moved over to the user flow for how interactions work. So here it is photo bounties increase “intimacy bar” which determines how much you can do with a model > hit “E” to interact with a model walking about > enter play mode, this mode you can pet, feed, play games with, the monster girl > if they allow it, and you arouse them they will “present” and allow you to cuddle them. Further barriers in the intimacy bar will allow deeper cuddle systems to unlock.

Elewder
Okay, real talk time. Progress has almost been completed for the Jan 15th patch for Elewder, I will detail this in a lot more detail in another post but the systems we are adding are going to help grow the game based on feedback given to us via steam reviews and community feedback on our Discord and various forums. We have also started work on the second patch for Elewder which has an eta for Jan 25th which has a focus on more unique minions and such. Anyways stay tuned for a deep dive post on that soon.

Under Contract
The gameplay loop for Under Contract can be a little complicated at first glance, so our focus has been around the tutorial implementation for the game and how that tutorial fits within the narrative of the game. Now in order to progress you need to walk through the interactive tutorial session and grow your understanding of the mechanics.

Wet Nightmares

Much like last week, we are still deep in combining and fixing errors with chapter 2 of Wet Nightmares. We are also starting to add in the route change choice mechanics which is taking a little more time to plan out correctly. Writing takes a long time, that’s really all I can say on that heh.
