I was working on a new comic STREET KNUCKLE-- my fighting game tribute comic (that I'm pretty sure I've shown on here before) well im actually doing it, but now im thinking it wont go in #3. it makes more logical sense to put out LAYERED JACKET sooner than later
Only additional semi bummer is that I want to shove PENG into Sun Bakery asap, as well. Probably issues 4 and 5-- so STREET KNUCKLE may not pop up in Sun Bakery til like issue 6 or 7!
BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS: You patrons will be able to see it before it goes into Sun Bakery. w00t w00t

Fun Fact: The cover for Sun Bakery #3 is the original zine cover to Layered Jacket, as some may know (how many of you knew that?). I get some pushback for using panels / recycled covers for these Sun Bakery covers-- but to me it's not about making something "new" as much as something simply iconic & fitting for the issue. If I have an image I've already created, that I feel will be perfect for the cover of my comic, I'm fonna use it! Unashamed that it isn't something just for the sake of being new! Plus I feel these turn out damn sexy in the end anyway
