New Patrons + Progress Report!

Hey everyone!

Before getting into the meat of things, let's meet some new Patrons!

First off, I super appreciate that you guys donated to the game (or in DaOneRager's case donated again) and that you did so either because you enjoyed it so far, or because you believe enough in the idea of it. Thank you so much for being so generous. You should know that every donation helps me commission pictures and music, and allows me to focus more on the development of the project since I don't need to off-set any bills with other work. This also helps to give my family peace-of-mind as well which I am very grateful for.

I should be sending out your Benefit Emails here soon too (probably within a day or so) which will have all of the codes that you've earned and how to use them in the game. :) If you absolutely any questions about how any of that works, just shoot me a message and I'll get back to you ASAP. ^_^ You can reach me in all the usual ways; Blog, (Website when I can get started on that), Patreon Post Message, Patreon PM, Email and probably the easiest and quickest way is Discord. Progress Report:
Now then! Guess what!!?

I have less than 5k words and then all of the story remaster is FINISHED at long last. I have also created 3 brand new topics to discuss with Rold before you begin the final Withered Snag event. These events include what the Orb in the Orb Room actually does (it's a hilarious explanation), a new explanation on what the Pale Abomination is, if you actually ran across her in the Study, and a more detailed explanation about how Rold knew the player's name upon arriving at the Withered Snag (also a funny little explanation). 

Hopefully, I can finish the 5K words either tomorrow or over the weekend and then I can start writing all the new stuff. *cheers*

But essentially, All that's left is opening the box. 

And then we'll get the black out scene, Hannah's hero moment and then the end of Chapter one --- so essentially brand new content only from here on out which will continue on with the story. I already have the next 24 events planned out too. Weee! 

Luckily, adding new content is MUCH more simple than remastering---so it won't take nearly as long to get new things out. I mean, look how fast I got the Caravan event out with 5 characters, writing it as a side-project...roughly 2 days a month. 

So this is a very, very exciting time for me! (And hopefully all of you!)

ALSO----------------------

I am in the process of picking out a backup programmer to help create a brand new Save/Load System. First, whatever programmer I choose has to know how Quest works (which sounds like it should be a piece of cake for them) and second, they have to have a lot of knowledge about my game as well. 

So once I choose one of the 5 (which, I basically have already done as the person seems very trustworthy and very intelligent), I'll get started on that process of hiring them to fix a couple of things. It'll prove expensive. But I think the game is worth a bit of splurging to make it what I feel like it can be. 

So yeah, that's everything so far. I lost about a week at the beginning of the month for work because of family related emergencies (nothing serious) but since then everything has been back to normal and I've been taking ass and kicking names :P
