CAMMY - STREET FIGHTER "M"?

Here's a shot of my redesigned CAMMY

Thinking of calling this project Street Fighter MIRAI

Mirai is Japanese for "Future"

Thinkin this all takes place roughly 20 years in the future from the common Street Fighter timeline

So Cammy is in her mid to late 30's

The skeleton I have for her backstory so far is that she usurped Shadoloo from M.Bison (more about him later)-- But not like completely forcibly-- more like it was a coup, and she puts on airs of being Shadoloo's new DICTATOR. Even to the main "hero" characters, they think she's turned villain, but she's actually trying to reform Shadoloo from the inside. Some spy mystery shit!!!

I have backstories for each character... And I must say as a Street Fighter fan I really enjoy them. I'm going for weird synergy between characters, even match-ups you may not expect, and of course, timeline-considered shifts in characters, omitted characters, returns of weird fringe characters, etc. I'm using canon from the games, sure (tho tbh the game's story timeline and setups are pretty fucking awkward and not very entertaining)-- honestly a huge cornerstone of my canon for this fake game comes from the Street Fighter animated movie, which, despite having the "android assimilate's fighter's data" boring trope-- I think had the best Street Fighter plot and representation of it's characters. So yeah! This is gonna be real fun.

I plan on making the whole character roster, then making a fake "game manual" ZINE for this. One month it will probably be what I ship out to backers of my $15 TRUE BOOTY tier
