AMS v0.9.3C (Patron Beta)

Hey everyone!

So you're probably confused about why  the title is so simple this time around and doesn't have 8 million  things mentioned in it that were changed. Well, it was recently brought  to my attention during the last update/hotfix that the title actually  gets sent into your emails as is which means the longer the title, the  bigger the email message. I thought I'd put a stop to that and keep it  more simple for you guys. No need to overload the title as everything is  put into this message anyway and you can just glance over it at your  leisure. ^_^ Also, sorry about releasing so late in the day! I had a  random creative spurt and wrote out another pregnancy turn. Hurrah! But  I'll leave the details in that section. 

I'm also going  to try something new with this page. Instead of explaining everything  in mass detail, I'll summarize it exactly it appears in my changelog,  since I write the changelog like I'm talking directly to you guys  anyway. Let me know what you think about this; whether you like it or  not, or would prefer me to go back to explaining everything in  mind-numbing detail :P 

Bug Fixes
- Fixed this bug: No function 'ScopeInventoryNotScenery' at  TextAdventures.Quest.WorldModel.GetObjectsInScope(String scopeFunction)  at TextAdventures.Quest.WorldModel.UpdateObjectsList(String scope,  ListType listType) at  TextAdventures.Quest.WorldModel.UpdateObjectsList() at  TextAdventures.Quest.WorldModel.UpdateLists() at  TextAdventures.Quest.WorldModel.b__100_0()  ---- which was associated  with the Quest Engine itself has been fixed with the new version of  Quest 5.7

-Fixed this… Error running script: Error compiling  expression 'whiteandblack_striped_sweatshirt': Unknown object or  variable 'whiteandblack_striped_sweatshirt' ---- hopefully that also  fixed this error; Error running script: Too few parameters passed to  CloneObjectAndMove function - only 1 passed, but 2 expected.

-  RJ discovered while talking to Hannah in the kitchen it’s possible to  miss the stat points by clicking the stats button and clearing away the  chat options. < ------ this means I may need to find an alternative  way to allow the player to miss the screen without missing the  opportunity to level a stat for completing a quest since people are  inevitably going to check what stats they need before deciding on  something. I ultimately decided to just remove the “Clear Screen” on  Stat Button and Player Description screens for the time being.

- Fixed the Recall Button in the Winding Wood room from appearing a million times! Now it’ll only appear once.

-  Fixed this happening: your “beating stick” was destroyed twice and then  when I jumped off the cliff my “beating stick” was destroyed 4 times  upon landing despite already being gone. Let me know if it worked.

Stats
-  As you know, the vast majority of you voted in the polls that you would  like to have some bonus' stats for wearing clothing specified for your  gender (as the clothing would fit better). I've heard your call! Now  individual pieces of clothing if they are capable of providing a bonus  will have a small message below the stats indicating so. The bonus isn't  MUCH and not all clothing will have it, only those specified for males  or females, and ONLY major clothing categories: head, hands, feet,  torso, legs, pelvis. The bonus stat is +1 Maximum Health. That might  give an extra +1 - +6 extra maximum health.  Here’s a list of the  clothing that will give bonus’.

Female: cute headband, dark green  headband, red-horned headband, black cotton gloves, spider-web gloves  (and Noble version), pair of crimson heels, simple sandals, simple  sandals1, black ladies flats, wicked curled shoes (and Noble version),  FM pumps, brown pleather boots, pink apron, black crop top, black lowcut  crop top, thin white blouse, very lowcut peasant blouse,  off-the-shoulder peasant blouse, brown leather jerkin (female), cotton  shorts, black miniskirt, rugged leather pants (female), princess booty  shorts, black satin maid outfit, witch dress (and Noble version).

Male:  brown fedora, black fedora, tan fedora, fingerless gloves, perforated  gloves, brown leather work-boots, men’s sandals, plain black shirt, long  sleeved tee shirt, grey tunic, red short-sleeved tshirt, black-ashirt,  red tunic, grey tunic, green tunic, ragged pants, ragged cotton shorts,  brown cotton cargo shorts, black satin butler outfit, warlock robe (and  Noble version).

- FM Pumps now give you a +1 toward your Charm Skill.
Sex

-  When you become Unhealthy/Sick or Unhealthy/Poisoned --- you  automatically lose all your Lust for the duration of either Condition  and you cannot become Horny.

- I’ve begun work on the new  Masturbation scripts. I've set it up so that if you are Sick or Poisoned  you'll lose any and all Lust and your Horny Status cause realistically  who wants sex when they feel like they are about to puke! xD On the  other hand however, if you are Cold but Healthy, you have a 50% chance  to actually Masturbate---otherwise you just kind of touch yourself a  little and raise your Lust. If you have the Shocked Status you'll have a  25% chance to Masturbate---otherwise you'll be too focused on your  recent transformation and will just play a little to raise your Lust. If  you have neither of those Status Conditions and are Healthy, that's  where all the variations will come into play. You won't actually cum  though unless your Lust is 10. If your Lust is below 10, you'll be given  a menu of choices, each of which will have a chance of raising your  Lust. Hopefully it'll work out great! Being Horny will also make you  come harder too. So far I have the opening scene written and the first  set of choices prepared; which ask whether you’d like to stay standing  up, or if you’d like to kneel down, or prop up one leg (or your tail if  you’re a naga), or if you’d like to lie on your back or on all fours.  Each will have their own progression. Each of these selections will also  have the chance of giving you +1 Lust when selected and will change the  scene's progression a little. Once you hit 10 Lust, your character will  cum and especially hard if you're already horny. Being horny also helps  you gain twice as much lust per selection (if it procs).

- I’ve  worked on and added Turn 835 of the Pregnancy Scripts. Now we have…3  scripts left for regular Pregnancy and then Birth before it’s completely  finished. In Turn 835, you have a 35% chance to increase your weight,  you have an increased appetite and you’re super swollen as well. You  have a 35% chance in both scenarios to gain a bigger Buttsize too. Each  of these scenarios (gaining weight or not) have 5 randomized scripts, so  it’ll be different every-time you read it!

Travel
-  The Hyhot Steppes Room’s general description, paths and ambient  descriptions are finished. So is the first-time arrival. So now the five  rooms are ready for the game’s first 20 major events.

Other
- Fixed a missing “t” in T-shirt when searching the Guest Bedroom Closet.

- Fixed this typo: Instead of “Tufts up dirt” is should be “Tufts of dirt”

-  Fixed this missing word: Whatever all this is, it's gotten you worked  up a bit. Your virgin (missing word here) is getting all soaked and  needy.

- Fixed using the wrong your/you’re in this sentence:   Your giving in...it's getting closer. It's so close...You can't stop  yourself...your........your...and then your sex begins quivering around  your fingers and sending pulses of relief throughout your body.

-  So I’m still trying to find a balance here but the nature of the items  that spawn at the start and the random nature of the zombie fights can  make it impossible to progress beyond the 1st fight. RJ brought this up,  so I’ll look into streamlining the items a little better so you can  survive easier in the beginning. It IS the tutorial area after all. The  following changes have been made.
    ** You will now ALWAYS start  with a weapon of some kind. You have a 25% chance to get the Rickety  Machete, 25% chance to get the Beating Stick, a 25% chance to get the  Frying Pan and if none of those proc, you’ll receive the Scissors.
    ** On the Lantern Scripts you now have a chance to find some extra loot even if you happen not to get ANY Lantern or Oil.
     ** On both Male and Female Under Garment Scripts you have a chance to  land more clothing, and if nothing procs (like no underwear whatsoever)  you have a double chance to get some extra articles of clothing. ((Until  Male’s get more options for Under Garments, there chance of receiving  the Plain Boxers has been raised to 50% up from 40%. They also have a  double chance to get extra clothing in either case)).
    ** On the  Male and Female Shoe Garment Scripts you have a chance to land extra  clothing, and double the chance if you don’t happen to get any shoes  whatsoever.
    ** On Male and Female Torso Garments you have a  chance to land extra clothing for every single category. I also boosted  the drop chances to 14% up from 10%.  ((Male Torso Garments to give them  a better and more even chance are now 20% per article, down from 25%.))
     ** On Male and Female Leg Garments you have a chance to land extra  clothing for every single category. ((Male Clothing percentages are now  35% up from 25%)).
    ** Fashionable Specialities will now get 5  chances of extra randomized clothing upon starting instead of  predetermined clothing.
    ** Big Savers now have a better chance at  receiving a different Hair-Dye upon start and they will receiving  Leather Scrap and Metal Scrap as well.

- I’ve updated the PVM  (Patron Vending Machine) so that it’s code is up-to-date and so it  contains all the new clothing items. I also broke the clothing up into  categories that each item belongs to, for example: Torso, Feet, Hands  etc.

- Fixed an error where the submenus for the Clothing Categories wasn’t showing up.

-  I’ve created a clothing loot function which will randomize clothing  drops/finds/searches for all rooms. So you may never get the same  article twice or you may get nothing at all same as usual. If you have  the Fashionable Speciality, you’ll have a 15% chance per Clothing  Category to find something with a 5% chance per item, but if you don’t  have Fashionable, you’ll have a 5% chance with 5% chances for item  finds.

- The new Clothing Function has been added to both Male  and Female Zombies, and the Minotaur. I also added the Double Search to  Male and Female Zombies. Several rooms now have the new Clothing  Loot/Search Function attached to them. Let me know if there are any  discrepancies. Keep in mind too, this new Clothing Loot Function is only  in practical areas where there might be some clothing.

- I  updated all the code in the Waterhole. This should help reduce lag in  the beginning of the game. All the rooms and functions/commands have  been updated as far as cloned objects are concerned.

- I added Leather Scrap to the list of Loot and Double Loot, and Enemy Loot.

-  I changed all jean material clothing to be cotton. So now Jean Shorts  are now Cotton Shorts, Ragged Jean Pants are now Ragged Cotton Pants and  so on. ^_^ This should help with time-period immersion.

- For  Masturbation and later Entice purposes, I comprised a list of what all  the transformations should look like so they are streamlined.

- Fixed an error with the new Clothing Bonus’ which for some reason was taking away Health instead of increasing it.

-  I have compiled a list of all the Transformations/Descriptions from all  the races from the Player Description because I needed it for the  Masturbation Scripts to customize them. That took---for-ev-ver. I should  have done it when I remastered the player description. Ugh.

-  Added Drider Hands, Nails, Drider Feet, and Drider Legs to the Player  Description/Hand/Nail/Foot/Leg Description. Apparently, I completely  overlooked them. I also added a randomized description for your other  two legs doing different things behind you.

As  a note. I'm aware of the Save/Load problem --- so just as a head's up,  it works in the game that you use it in as long as you don't close it,  but once you try to reopen the game and load your game, it'll spam a lot  of errors. That library isn't by me but is something that was created  for my game (in the beginning) because of the constant updates and the  sheer size of it. Unfortunately, the library owner is going on vacation  for the next month, so we won't see this issue resolved until around  September. I do apologize about this. If you have any questions or  concerns about it just lemme know. I'll be happy to talk with you all  about it. 

COMING UP
I'm  still working on Clothing revamping for the Player Description, the New  Character Creator, details of the Rest Command, details of the  Mini-Travel Day and Night things, the Major Travel Events for the five  new rooms, the Entice Scripts for enemies, Masturbation Scripts, more  Pregnancy Scripts and I need to finish the damn Cow-Taur Transformation  @_@. There's also the Laboratory/Aaleahya/Rold remaster as well. And  adding the rest of Hannah's conversation topics.

Oh hello! Sorry about the late response, you pledged in the middle of the night, or super early in the morning (for me lol) but actually, I don't know anything about the subbing and unsubbing issue. The way I handle things is a little different too. I like directly messaging my Patreons and actually talking with them so they get to know me as a dev and as a person instead of it just being automated and you guys never having any contact with me directly. My reward system is also cumulative as well meaning rewards build over time. I like to reward faithfulness, I suppose. So even if you pledged and then immediately unpledged, you'd still get the Patron Beta access because you earned it. Also, what I mean by cumulative is that let's say you pledge $1 for three months, well by the 3rd month you'd hit the $3 tier permanently---then $5 etc. I hope that answered your question but if not then let me know and I'll try my clarify! As a first time subber to your patreon, i'm curious as to how you're handling your links. There's no attachment to download on this post and i'm not seeing any on the others. Are you sending them out manually? Cause that seems like a lot of work, since Patreon his fixed the whole 'subbing/unsubbing for free stuff' thing.
