New Patron; Aiden the Annihilator! + News + Patron Assistance

  Hey everyone, I wanted to introduce a brand new patron; Aiden! Please say hello to him if you have the time and help him feel welcomed to our family. I know I'm very excited to have another pair of eyes on the game to help catch errors, to help add to the idea pool and to basically hassle me whenever it seems fit! Haha! Now I should be sending out your personalized thank-you email here pretty soon Aiden, which will go to the email address you have signed up with on Patron, so keep an eye out for it. It'll have all your rewards and likely a long winded explanation about how everything here goes. Don't you go ah causin' trouble this here community, else we'll run ya out! ^_~ Seriously though, welcome, welcome welcome and thank you very, very much for your donation, it means the world to me that people believe in this project ^_^ 

In other news, I know I've been going through a bit of a rough patch this month; long amounts of time without checking in, inconsistent check-ins, late progress reports, delayed hotfixes and releases --- gah! But I assure you, although I'm not being verbally here and communicating as often/well as I normally do, there are a lot of big (good) changes coming to the game. I probably haven't be able to be as productive as I would like (since Summer classes started up) and because I've been taking more time to rest than usual, but I still have about 5 pages of size 8 font for the coming hotfix change-log. Also again, a lot of the changes happening are really big and long tedious scripts and it's hard to check-in and say.. "I'm still working on this giant ass script" because it's not productive and it makes me sound lazy. But rest assured, some of the scripts I've been working on are HUGE and since I don't like to half-ass anything cause you guys deserve the best I can do, I've been adding little tiny nuances here and there that improve the overall quality and playability of the game. 

Some of the things this month that I've added have been out of necessity too, like for example, the Durability which took quite a lot of time to get right. But it's fully in the game now. I just have to fix one tiny error with it, and the hotfix will be ready to go. Other things, I've added because I wanted more depth in places where it was weak. For example, I added a fruit bowl in Hannah's area which can potentially make you gain weight and/or it can increase certain stats here and there. I've also reworked a couple of tinier systems as well and improved them a lot. So after the hotfix, I'll finish up one or two minor things and then I'll get right on the Sex Update. I know a lot of you are waiting for that. 

I've also been writing some mini-scenes here and there to be added to the game later during the travel events and mini-travels events which I think will help enrich the world and help the player feel even more immersed. Those will be added when appropriate. 

One last thing too. I've mentioned this a couple of other times before, but one of our Patrons is trying to do something really nice for his sick wife, and I'm sure he would appreciate you guys going over and checking out his GoFundMe page. If you can contribute to his cause, I'm sure he would be eternally grateful. If you can't, maybe you can send him a kind word or something. I also have the link on the Blog and the link below.
