She makes the workplace comftrable but is effective and precise with her instrucctions. And Dylan and Sadie did such a good job expressing exactly what Taylor wanted. Kudos to them.

Her vision is detailed, and specific, and it's all from her creative brain that makes MY brain hurt sometimes! And if you want to know the real Taylor, look at how she dresses when she's doing this! lol! She looks like the rest of us! Very little make-up, if any, hair isn't really fixed, clothes are just roll-out-of-bed casual. What a diva. LOL. Love this.
