Adventure Synopsis

The Last Petitioner is a Pathfinder Second Edition adventure for three to six characters of 4th to 6th level, optimized for a party of four 5th-level characters.

Beneath the ruins of a forgotten temple lies an ancient prayer-tracking facility dedicated to Dhetaos the Wishkeeper, a minor deity whose worship has nearly vanished. For centuries, the faithful servant Skuttilus has maintained the complex machinery that monitors prayers offered to his mistress, but time and neglect have finally taken their toll. As the sacred mechanisms fail, Skuttilus faces both the collapse of his life's work and a crisis of faith that threatens his devotion.

Can the party help restore the failing observatory, or will they witness the final extinction of a forgotten god's influence? This adventure is set in Cartosia, but can be placed in any campaign setting that allows for minor deities and ruined temples.
