Warpgate Facility Preview - Into the Wilds Battlemap Books Volume 4 (Launches Tuesday September 16th!)

The Warpgate Facility

This Kickstarter exclusive XL map will only be available as part of the Volume 4 Deluxe Box Set, which also includes all three of our new map books, a GM screen with rollable encounter tables for every map, and 450 re-usable asset stickers for customising the battlemaps.

The Warpgate is a volatile portal that connect to all of the outer planes. Only recently uncovered, its location is being kept secret as those in charge of the mission have yet to find a way to properly control it. It seems to be activating almost at random, connecting to different planes in sequence.

Very few of those who have gone through the portal have returned, and dangerous extraplanar creatures are occasionally coming the other way. A cadre of both esteemed warriors and learned mages have been sent to study stabilise the portal while ensuring none of the entities that emerge are allowed to escape.

Shadow Fortress

The Shadow Fortress XL Map is an Early Bird exclusive reward that will be added for free to all physical tier pledges made in the first 48 hours!

Perched on the edge of the chasm, this fortress is a fraction of its former size. Over a period of weeks, or maybe centuries, the rest of the structure has been claimed by the encroaching void. Despite this it is still an important bastion, fought over by a number of factions seeking control of the region.
