The Hall of Heroes celebrates the lives of those who went above and beyond to protect the city and its people. Mighty warriors, powerful mages, pious healers and even some who may not have lived entirely good lives, but still did great things. The tholos stands as both a memorial to, and a repository of their stories. Many come here to pay their respects, learn about the mighty deeds of champions past, or to find inspiration to be a hero in their own right.
Secreted below the grand public corridors of the tholos is a secondary hall, known only to a few senior members of the Guild of Heroes who currently maintain the building above. This vault is centuries old and houses ancient relics of an order of warriors from the distant past. Once a meeting chamber for some of the most powerful beings on the planet, it is now mostly forgotten, locked away and hidden to keep the magical artifacts out of the hands of any mortal foolish enough to think they could control them.

Hall of Heroes 01 – Pantheon
The following item descriptions were provided by Bondulance, who commissioned these maps.
a) The Haruspex - As you approach the pedestal, the air begins to thrum. The heart atop it beats in a slow, perfect rhythm, distinct from a normal pulse. The heart’s appearance would firstly be described as disturbing to most, held together in pieces by a variety of clasps and wires. A coin sized hole covered by a glass shows inside the Haruspex, presenting a set of gears that move and glow in tandem with the beating of the heart.
b) Pot of Prosperity - A stone pot covered in its original earthen crust while also depicting in the patches of the crust a tapestry of fantastical monsters and nature. The true form of the Pot has the earthen shell hued in Platinum and the art glowing in a faint blue starry like iridescence.
c) The Golden Funeral Mask - A glowing golden mask lies on the podium. Horns poke from both sides of its jaws, no mouth, and the upper half resembling the face of a man near the end of their life.
d) The Sun’s Scar - This heavy steel great sword bolsters in flames and heat as an aura of fire roams around the blade of the sword. Runes spread along its base with a vent jutting out of both sides. Around some of the runes, the blade has a distinct set of cracks that seems to emanate a unique glow from the rest of the sword. The cracks glow is most similar to the surface of lava where cracks of the magma form beneath the crust.
e) Banner of Light - A spear and cross guard made of wood and steel inscribed from top to bottom with shining runes. In place of a regular banner is instead a banner made of a bright shining golden light.
f) Flute of the Forsaken - A pan flute covered in a coil of leafed vines and lively moss, a sweet smell filling the nose when close and a subtle green aura filling the air around it.
g) Greaves of the Storm - This pair of mithril greaves occasionally spark and shimmer with lightning with shining runes lining the calf of the greaves.
h) Sabres of Destiny - A pair of sabres attached together at the pommels by a chain made of half mithril and half onyx. One is made of pristine mithril with a golden guard fashioning a core of light into its centre. Its’ twin is made of weathered onyx with the blade's edge having become jagged over time and use.
i) Mirror Shield - This oval mirror is 4 feet tall, 3 feet wide, and weighs 20 pounds. The Mirrors frame is made of weathered mithril in the shape of vines and thorns growing into the mirror, nondescript faces engraving into the top and sides of the frame. Characters looking into this mirror see themselves the way they wished they looked, representing their ideal selves. They can't see anyone else’s reflection in this mirror.
j) Prowlers Helm - This golden helm is in the shape of a centurion warrior helm with wings jutting off from the cheeks to the ears. The helm covers the entirety of the face and neck with an ethereal green glow filling the inside of this warrior’s helm, glowing most prominently from the eye holes, behind the wings, and its base.
k) Manticore Aspect - The Aspect is a small statuette resembling a Manticore made of obsidian. The spikes lining the Manticore seem to twitch as you inspect the Aspect.
l) Libation Jar - This libation jar is made of a dark ceramic with a yellow base, paintings of black venomous snakes wrapped around the jar.
m) Guise - Guise is an Onyx Dagger with a nondescript face forged into the pommel. Little else can be described of the dagger, as if it is hard to retain a solid memory of the dagger's appearance.
n) Fife of the Forge - The Fife of the Forge is a fife made of steel with the semblance of a dragon made into parts of the Fife. A gaping dragon’s head around the end of the Fife and arms / legs / and wings around and near the holes of the Fife.
o) Rising Tide - A wooden Quarterstaff that has a piece of coral attached to the end of it as water swirls around it. The coral actually is a piece of the Divine Reef given to the former champion of the staff. The coral piece shifts in colour throughout the day as it starts as red in the morning and orange before dawn.
