This pack contains everything you need to become a developer and create your own housing district. Use the modular tiles and road assets to quickly create an expansive neighbourhood or start from scratch and customise with the floor tiles and wall sections.
You can use the link above to download 'Clean' (unfurnished) versions of the map, in both gridded and gridless versions, as well as an asset pack and modular tiles to help flesh out and expand the interior in the way you want. Additional themed asset packs will be released with every new map set, allowing you to combine them in creative ways, and really make each location your own.
