July Update Information for $15 Tier

I'll be making some changes for next month's commissions, I will not be posting up a commission form for next month, but I still will be doing the commissions from this month's form which is already posted up till the end of the month. At the start of June, I will disable the $15 tier so nobody will be charged in that tier for the next month, but all the other tiers and fanart polling will be the same. I will be moving more towards public commissions so you can still possibly receive a commission through that instead of the current Patreon-only commissions. I'll most likely try this for a month or two and see which one I prefer, and I might end up going back to Patreon only, I hope I didn't disappoint anyone looking forwards to possibly getting a commission in next months form, but I think doing them publicly will give more people a fair shot at getting one.
