Ep2 Progress Report #21

Hi.

Because I'm still working on the event with Amanda, I don't really have much to write about, except that I'm already thinking more and more about the event with Shanon. I can tell you that during the meeting with her, there will be another choice or clicking an option.

I have used this before, during the first MC meeting with Fay. It is about choice based on ‘’character‘’. As a reminder, if the red statistic dominates, the choice will be red; if the blue statistic dominates, the choice will be blue. Those who have balanced the choices—the red/blue ratio is minimal in fact—will be able to make their own choice in that particular scene.

I will say further that a given choice will lead to completely different events.

As you can see, my mind is already focused on the part with Shanon, and that means there is not much left for me to do to finish scenes with Amanda.

As for the 'mechanics’ of this choice itself, I don't use it too often because it has to fit the script.

And that's it as far as my work on WCgW goes. Now I'll write about how interesting or not I had the previous weekend.

So, I took a day off on Friday, as I had a lot of walking and working to do. And my day started at 2 a.m. I woke up at that hour by some miracle, rested. What now? One coffee, then another, and off I went with preparing the renders. I can say that at 6 a.m., when I left the computer, I thought it was going to be a good day.

I had a lot of walking because after 12 midday, the pedometer showed 17k steps; normally, that's how many I do throughout the day. I came home, had to prepare dinner, and then I could sit down at the computer again. I didn't work with such intensity any more because a lack of hours of sleep had kicked in and I had to take a nap. And so the time passed until the evening, and then things began...

Stomach problems—food poisoning, I think. I spent half the night in the toilet and finally managed to take a nap because 4.5 hours of napping at night wouldn't be called sleep. On Saturday morning, my stomach was still bothering me, and I slept almost the whole day because of that.

On Sunday, I recovered partially and started to function more or less normally. Heh, and that's how it goes. I had planned so many things, and I did jack shit. It's a good thing I had report #20 ready; all I had to do was share it, because I don't know if I could write anything in that condition.

And that's how the previous weekend turned out for me.

That's all for today, until next time. Thank you for your support.
