Ep1 Progress Report #19

Hi.

I was waiting for this image to be rendered.

I've had more time to work on WCgW this week, which explains the public release of Part 2 on Wednesday. I also prepared the locker room. Got it done fairly quickly, just had to put in some lockers and benches. The rest of the room (showers) will be completed when the script requires me to do so.

I have started to prepare the renders in this room. There won't be much of it, but in scene 7 as I wrote in a previous report I will jump between rooms/locations to show you the events of that day.

To give you a clearer idea of what is still to be done, I will once again divide the given scene into separate parts.

- morning

- afternoon/evening

Morning events involve an MC coming to work, talking to Winston and his co-workers. I am in the process of posing the morning events. I work in such a way that I have the script written up to a certain point and up to that point I prepare scenes in daz3d.

So I need to finish writing the morning events and write the afternoon/evening events.

At this point, scene 7 has almost 100 prepared renders. Is this a small number? I don't know. In my VN, I am focusing on showing that the characters are in motion, rather than standing in one place like poles. Obviously, this will take more time to prepare one render, but this is my way of illustrating what I want to show.

Okay, enough about that because I'm getting worked up...

In addition, I have started translating scene 5. The plan is to translate scenes 5 and 6 over the weekend. I would also like to prepare some custom renders, but I don't know if I can find the time for that.

The problem with custom renders is that with each scene, you have to deal with the lighting.

When posing from a script (preparing scenes in a particular location), I will lose more time at the beginning, but later, all the settings remain virtually unchanged, and the only thing left to do is to pose the characters and find the right camera position.

That's all. I would like to write more because I have plenty to write about, but the more I write, the more I have to translate, which pulls me away from work. You get the picture.

Thanks for your support.
