Ep1 Progress Report #18

Shanon's outfit in scene 7. Now I have to do the render of Kaitlin outfit.
Scene #6 has 119 renders. I started to work on scene #7. This scene will be the biggest in this part because, unlike the previous ones, there will be more small events (I will show in it the most important events of that day), but it may not be the last scene in this part. Maybe I will show what happened after that day.
Do you remember, I said that I needed to create a large facility in which the action will also take place? Maybe I will push the plot just to this point, and then I will finish part 3.
About posing/rendering.
For me, creating the first few renders of each scene takes the most time due to the fact that I'm looking for the optimal lighting setting, which, when I finally manage to set it up properly, I'll use as a template in the production of the upcoming scenes.
Also, for the purposes of this part, I need to create/finish the last room in Winston's office/building — it's the locker rooms/showers.
That's it in terms of production (writing/posing/rendering).
As for the help/tutorial, I plan to release WCgW part #2 along with this in one week at the earliest, maybe two weeks from now. The edited text came back from the proofreader, and now I need to take screenshots of the game from the moments I want to include as examples (some of which I have).
Everything is dragging on, because in June and July I have a lot of real life events that I have to prepare/go to etc. Maybe I'll cover this topic in the "dev thoughts" too.
Another topic that came to my mind and I want to address in that post is queuing renders. I will tell you that I do not use it, and the fact that I could leave the computer overnight rendering would not at all speed up work (well...maybe slightly). I will explain more in an upcoming post.
Next week's report will likely be replaced by a post "developer thoughts."
That's all.
Thanks for your support.
