Custom render "Pick a girl" poll #1

I created this lady over the weekend. Since not all the ladies were introduced to the MC, I have to use pictures of them instead of writing out their names.
I also don't know if this multiple vote depending on the number of votes will work.
It appears that I will have to manually adjust the number of votes for a given tier if someone clicks too many times. I ask you guys to vote according to the number of votes I have assigned to a given tier.
1 tier (errand boy) - 1 vote
2 tier (assistant) - 2 votes
3 tier (staff member) - 3 votes
4 tier (independent worker) - 4 votes

With this poll, I wanted to see if you could play along, and it turned out that one person can't play and cast more votes than he should have. I have omitted the votes of this person. It did not affect the result of the voting.

I want this multiple voting to work in favor of the patron who has more than 1 vote and thus can influence the outcome by allocating their entire pot to one choice.
