During Chapter 2, it's important that Ian doesn't try to please Minerva when writing his review of "The Fall of Delbaeth". The corrects decisions are "I'm going to write an actual honest review!" and, if his relationship with Holly is high enough, "Would you exchange your book with mine?".
During Chapter 5, Ian needs to "Show up at the office tomorrow" to meet Seymour Ward.
During Chapter 6, Ian gets fired by Minerva but there's a way for him to keep his job. It requires some amount of wits or charisma and to say either "You won't get away with this" or "You can't do this!"/"I won't allow this!" followed by "I'll end you".
During Chapter 7, Minerva calls Ian to her office and he has the choice to "Eat her pussy" or "Fuck her mouth".

During Chapter 8, Ian can "Enter Minerva's office". After sex, if their relationship is high enough, he should tell her "You could always try (being nice to him)".
