Soo... this was an experience i'd rather not have again but at last I've refunded everyone that has been billed with the last billing cycle! Yay! <333 I've contacted everyone personally (who was billed) to let them know they've been refunded. please note that it can take up to 7 business days to see the refund back on your balance (see Patreon info below).
You guys... I thought it was so easy (seeing that 'refund' button) but each refund took like 2/3 minutes to come through for some reason so I've been waiting, clicking, waiting, clicking... skdjffjfkkjs XD
In hindsight I maybe should've reached out to Patreon Support to ask if they could bulk refund everyone that was charged on the 1st of December but hey it all worked out! =) Patreon is a very nice platform to work on and share your content with(!) but it would be nice to being able to pause your page for longer than 1 month.
I double-checked to make sure i refunded everyone but it was a tedious process so if you're not seeing a refund by next week please contact me through DM here at Patreon! Its highly unlikely but im only human ;)
I also would like to thank a few people that reached out and let me know it was okay for them not being refunded. You're incredibly kind for dropping by/reaching out to me! <333
