2025-07-21 21:26:22 +0000 UTCIn your video player for VR content, make sure you enabled Stereoscopic 180 Mode (Top/Bottom). The thing you have is Mono Mode, which simply projects the video in front of you instead of in each individual lens. In DeoVR, there should be an option in the bottom left of the player for the type of perspective. Sometimes it's in the options menu on the right. I test videos frequently on DeoVR and MoonVR but I've also used Virtual Desktop too. All should work fine, but Stereo mode needs to be turned on to get the "real presence" feeling. Also, do check if you need any codecs. I've so far been rendering the videos in h265 format without any issues. Lemme know if you need anything I'll try and help!

2024-03-19 17:13:27 +0000 UTCSomething seems wrong with the perspective/scaling. It doesn't look like its my own pov, it looks like I'm standing on the nose of a giant, looking at a giant world around me. IDK if it is related to the filetype that required me to download a new video codec.
